Default Spare tyre inflator

Hi guys,

I don't appear to have an inflator for my spare tyre on the 964. I presume I should have something similar to my old 993, something that connects to the cigarette lighter?

Is there a cheap alternative to substitute the original item?

Thanks!
Tim

doh...should of checked ebay first hey?! Presume they will fit the valve on the spare as bizarrely I could not use the local petrol stations air pump today as that would not fit.

Thanks for your help.

you are aware the valve is standard like any car tyre valve. You did unscrew the dust cap it is a unusual dust cap. The dust cap is made of metal and can be reversed to unscrew the inner tyre valve so the tyre can be quickly deflated before going back into storage. If you are still having issues inflating then maybe the inner valve is missing which means go to a tyre shop that part is pennies.
