It's a DP piece.
The picture above is from a DP facebook post:

It's available on their website (with two additional, but OLD pictures...)

Hey y'all,
This is such a great thread that it should be made a sticky!! I've been on the search for a good 964 for some time now. However, after seeing the backdates done to the 964 I may reconsider and look for a 964 project. I would be a nice addition to my 70 911T.
Maybe one day someone will post a backdate project series of posts. I'd love to see what it takes to make this conversion happen.
Sincerely,
Heinz

If the price for the part isn't too unreasonable, we should look at having two sent over from Germany together to one of us, who can forward one on to the other. It has saved me tons on shipping old BMW parts from the fatherland in the past.

I'm starting to really like the looks of the front splitter...I like amount of forward reach and how it's tapered to match the body width on the side.

I'm jealous of your '70 T. A 964 project car would make for an interesting 2nd Porsche for you.
DP Motorsport (no affil) has a couple backdate albums on their Facebook page:

A sample of their backdate work:
Mirror holes patch
Shark fin patch
Sil patches
In the end it looks like this! Amazing...

Zuffenhaus is making hard oil lines to help backdate the 964 rockers.

Have you heard back? All I got was an inquiry if my car was NB or Turbo but nothing more.
