Sorry I have no idea. In my mind probably equivalent to the net saving from the sunroof deletion but with lower COG.

Thank you. Supplied like that by Recaro, on Southbound mounts. Headlining also from Southbound, nice people to deal with.

Looks great, Southbound are awesome at what they do. Remember chatting about doing some seats, from the amazing details I remember - they use the same leather supplier Porsche use/used, same perforation tool, etc, etc, etc...

Cheers.

I believe they are. The benefit is it's a bolt in solution that doesn't require mods - e.g. the seat belt eye bolt anchor screws straight into the mounts.

Yes, the seating position is great and at ~6' (192cm) I have plenty of room for a lid. Ian (Sutters) also needed them.

Wow rephlex, what a thread. Great job. What a transformation!!!! Quick question. I love the look of that 9E exhaust tip.Is that a straight bolt on piece that fits to the factory suitcase? if so, what is the cost? Wonder if they have a stateside distributor I can purchase from.

Again, you are to be commended for your commitment to this build. You did not seem to waver at any point. What an outcome, what a result!!! Outstanding!!!

Thanks for the kind words!

I'm also really pleased with the outcome. Although its been a rollercoaster ride, I know the private seller well (although in his short tenure many shortcomings had not been evident), and have been well looked after by the bodyshop, and 9e throughout. I knew it had plenty that needed doing, identified in the PPI but the engine seems sound and I've just been pragmatic; hopefully its a keeper.

I have bought the 9e exhaust parts as a package with the tip, cup pipe and cat-bypass. I think you'll be looking at around £100GBP for the tip but suggest you direct an enquiry to Ken @ 9e www.nineexcellence.com he is also subscribed to the thread. The whole system sounds fantastic, its a shame the weather has been so poor over the last couple of days but I have opened the taps in a few tunnels its great fun at full chat.
