Going to finally get the stock aluminum intake installed this weekend now that I've got everything cleaned up and all the parts I needed from Sunset have been delivered. Mainly torque specs needed.
Also, on what fasteners should I use loctite and if so, blue or red?

1) The chimneys between the heads and intake runners... Is there a torque specified for the 3 nuts that secure them to the head ?

2) The breather plate and the oil pressure/temp sensor plate... 7-8 ft.lbs for the breather plate and 25-26 ft.lbs for the sensor plate? Is that correct ?

3) Torque specs for the engine carrier to mounts and carrier to engine ?

4) Torque specs for RS mounts to body ?

5) Torque specs for mounting the A/C compressor to the bracket... 21 ft.lbs ?

6) Crank pulley bolt... 173 ft.lbs ?

7) Fan pulley nut... 37 ft.lbs ?

8) Engine shroud... just good and snug?

All those 6mm size studs in general I use 7ft-lbs as indicated above. Its the generic 6mm bolt torque spec. Exceptions are the cam chain cover nuts which the factory manual calls out to use 4ft-lbs.

Thanks guys... any thoughts on using loctite on these fasteners?

I see no need for any loctite on the small fasteners. I would use blue on the crank bolt. Nothing on the fan nut.
