Default C2 Pads?

Shamus & Laker ...

Thank you for your input, you're both right on, I've phoned RockAuto and they've confirmed that this set will work at front or rear of 92+ C2's
I've ordered my 2 sets!

Cheers

Also, Rock Auto has great prices on the Bosch spark plugs. $3@ I recall.

Are there any UK owners who want these pads? We could place a group order.

If not, I think I will order a few and suck up the shipping costs.

Edited to add: I ended up buying a few sets. If anyone in the UK wants some at cost price (splitting the shipping), let me know.

Laker,

Thanks for the explanation. So these will work with the fronts on my '91 C2, any suggestions for what to use in the rear?

You'll want Metal Masters front and rear (matching compount) - if you have the 2 piston setup I believe the MM part number is 45-0483EM.

But you'll want to verify that you have the two piston calipers in the back first, because if you have the 4 piston ones, then the on-sale pads would work.

Yeah, what Shamus said. I have no idea what the corresponding 2 piston pads are since I'm a C4 kinda guy

Amazing deal. I picked up 4 sets! Anyone know where to find $5 rotors?

Thanks Darrell,
I received my four sets last week. $20 for the pads and $30 for shipping, but still a great deal. Although I'm planning on using them for street use, I tried them out on the track and they had reasonable stopping power. I won't need to buy street pads again for a long time and now I have extra cash for other upgrades.
