That looks like the alternator wiring.

The round grommet goes through the main shroud, the grommet near the terminals is the one that goes on the rear cap of the alternator/cooling fan assembly. The terminal that's a bit upstream of that terminal grounds to the engine case.

It's all visible right here.

Yes, I just change my alternator. One brown (ground), one thicker red (+12V to battery), one blue(ish) wire.
