I remember reading a comprehensive post on removing the 964 engine. Now I cannot find it.
I am sure it was in Rennlist and not in a dream, and it went into all the wires and connectors to be removed before the engine drop.
There is lots of posts on engine drops but suggestions on which ones are most useful would be appreciated.

but it was for a Tiptronic and it basically tells you to follow the procedure in Adrian Streather's book which has a very good procedure for this. My thread annotates that with some additional photos.
