Big old place Bedford Autodrome isn't it.....the couple of times I've been there it took me all of the morning sessions to find out which way it goes!

Well worth a day out. I think it's a lovely circuit and it does have acres of run-off so you can push the limits a bit without too much solid scenery to hit. GT circuit is 3.8miles and has one very long and fast straight and lots of lovely corners!

It has plenty of room to fall off alright....been there, done that ('repainted' the car brown....and not just on the outside according to my passenger )...

oh, but that was with a standard exhaust.....it was noise sensitive back then, just checked their website and they're still [static] 101 dB(A), Drive-by 87.5 dB(A).

I'd be up for Bedford. I'll bring ear plugs for the marshals

That will all depend on if we can raise at least 12 of us? That would work out at about £60 a head. We'd be looking at a weekend at the end of October as per previous years.

I've sent out a request for a date while you all decide if you want to do it?

Good question.....

....I'll get before and after noise tested at Oulton in a couple of weeks and post the results.

There was no discernable difference in the garage, but that's not the best testing environment!

Yep , turned out to be nice , sun was a bit low in the sky for comfort , hard to see round Clearways..... started slow and didn't get much better , however having been overtaken by a white 997GT3 , I picked up the pace and nearly got back but he must have seen me ( BOO! )....needed another 2 secs off to be par with +22 years of development and +100 hp but some of you guys have shown it can be done with the 964 platform
