I just the fuel sending unit replaced. Solved raw fuel smell. It was leaking slightly.

I had a leaking fuel filler neck. Didnt See the crack. When it was loose and I put preassure on it, it was a tiny tiny crack where the plastic meets the metal.

I replaced my Fuel Filler Neck over the weekend. So far, the fuel smell seems to have dissipated a bit. I should probably wash the frunk carpet to really take care of it. Hope this solves the problem though as the part I took out appeared to be original (1990 C4).

Not sure if it has already been mentioned, but the part number has been updated to 993-201-043-00. I've been finding Sonnen Porsche to have the best prices online.
