How much $$$ has been spent on mods/repairs on your 964?
...not including the purchase price of the car.
Current mileage = 122,867
Perhaps too personal a question.
I have very detailed and nearly complete records for my 90 C4 (back to 20k miles) and up to today the total is approx 57k. YIKES !
I've only owned the car for the last year, so most of that was by prior owners.
How about you?

About $7500 in the three years of ownership.
$1500 in maint
$3500 fixing stuff that wasn't working, missing or needed replaced when I bought it
$2500 in mods and upgrades.
and I did all the work myself triple it if someone else was working on it.
was rearended by a careless driver on their cell phone $8900.00 and that was NO sheet metal damage.
Records going back.
$3000 in less than a year and 100 miles before buying the
it sat for five years between the engine rebuild and buying the car.
$15000 in 2001 20k miles before I bought, spun a bearing and engine was rebuilt.
$2000 in other odds and end from PO back to 1999 nothing further back than that.

Three Wheelin'
In just over 3 years of my ownership (126k miles on the clock in total)
Essential £2500 (including current clutch issue which may take me to 3k)
Optional £2700
Total £6200 = ~US$ 9300
More than I thought but probably still less than the depreciation on anything <5yrs old, and the insurance is probably £500 less every year.
If you repeat that every three years for the life of the car your get around £40k - which sounds about right; slightly less than the original purchase price of the car.
Related (trips,tools,trackdays) £2500

Drifting
I keep a detailed spreadsheet covering all expenses for all my Porsches...
Since buying my 964 Speedster in April 2000, I have put 10k on the odometer and have spent $5,038.29 in total ONLY on maintenance - no repairs, and no modifications. I want a stock Speedster.
The car has had ZERO issues, and the most expensive costs follow:
*15k service (12/28/00): $1652.43 - Carlsen Porsche in Palo Alto, CA (highway robbery)
*4 Pirellos P-Zeros tires (4/10/02): $1426.61 - Tire Rack
*15k service (7/31/06): $684.18 - Ken Garff Porsche in Orem, UT
*4 Hankook tires (5/16/10): $450.24 - Tire Rack (much cheaper than Pirellis)
The rest of the costs include supplies for DIY oil & filter changes, wiper blades, hood shocks and brake pads. I change oil once per year as the car is seeing 300-500 miles of road use per year. That is it... No oil leakes & dry as a bone. I keep this car in a year-round climate controlled and low humidity environment. That helps immensly...

Just got back from Dave Jones shop...
Might be going with a standalone ecu conversion and custom intercooler for the SC.
... so my figure might jump very soon.
