Top day out. Good to meet a few people I hadn't met previously. And I loved seeing the Lemass mobile and the blue 993 powered gem owned by Mark the glass. Nice to see Chris' 993 GT - what a top car.
Sadly the passenger side electric window wouldn't go back up when we arrived home - so I've had the door apart Steve Walker came round and now the motor is out and we ended up giving up. The motor will only go one way at at time, but if you switch the plug around it goes the other way. I think it may be relay related. Anyway, could do no more tonight, so it's all in bits.
That could mean Wednesday won't be purple play time. Hey ho.

Had a similar problem with my window, fault was the switch itself.

Swapped switch with drivers side to test it and worked fine. So ordered a new switch and sorted!

Yeah top meet. I've burnt my face ha ha
Good to meet new faces. Purple enemy I love your car. Yeah as said most likely the switch. It's a common fault. Chris's wide 993 is a beast. Can't wait to hear the supercharger once fitted.

I'm sure Frank will be along to share the details when he can bear it. Sounds like someone took a bat to the front of his car while sat on his drive last night. Bastards.

Thanks for the help. One switch seems to be a gonner, but swapping them round didn't seem to cure the fault. I'll be on it tomorrow after work. If It can't sort it, I'll get their on Wednesday one way or the other - might take my hot Beetle if it comes to it.

Looks a great day out

Some vandal smashed my headlight glass, bent the headlight bezel, dinged the wing, smashed the indicator glass, smashed the fog light, had a go at the other side and dinged the other headlight bezel, and completely scratched the front bumper in the process.

I don't even want to look at her at the moment.

PS. Why would anyone live in London.

**** Frank, that's terrible. You should be allowed to go to work on whoever did that with the same vigour!
