Very nice ride, except the steering wheel is on the wrong side !

Congrats, I love the wheels. I'd stick with the 17's. I think they "look" right on a 964

Default More pics

Finally got to clean the car today... first I replaced the rear reflector panel which was practically falling apart. Found a second hand one which is pretty faded and has a couple of hairline cracks but much better than the other one that had been glued back together. Was told it was mint and was gong to pay £200 but since it was faded and lightly cracked I got it for £100. I might try painting it with lens colour and see how it looks.

Waiting for the stuff to arrive and will start working on them next weekend. Ended up buying to repair putties as well, a liquid one for fine work that also strengthens the existing leather and a thinker one as found small hole on the bolster. Will dye it after that.

Looking very sharp Jack - look forward to filming it! PS. I'm very likely going to be switching to a dual exhaust system so would you like to swap rear left bumper parts ?

Jack,

Love the overall look of the car!

Regarding the rust near the front of the battery tray, have a really close look at this as it is more likely to be spillage from gas the vent tube that the original battery had (may still be there). In my '90 C2 the acid seeped down the side of the battery, under the steel re-enforcing plate that the battery sits on and ate thru the front corner of the body tub. Once it gets into the space under that plate it's a b!#ch to get at and clean up!

Cheers!

Jim

Could you please post a closer picture of the part so I can see it's design - is the cut out the same as the other side?

That looks better! Sorry it wasn't perfect, when I pulled out of the box I think that must have been the first time I had seen it myself! I know I bought it as perfect, I really should check things I buy from ebay!!!! Though it was about three to four years ago.It was nice to meet you that is a good looking and great sounding 964
