You've been wanting to do this mod for years!
I love it, it's a very nice touch. Looks factory and adds nice color to the interior.

Thanks guys. Below is another photo that shows the overall look a bit better...

It looks like I'm gonna have to take the car back into the shop though as when I start it the ABS light comes on until I rev the car a bit and when it goes out it's replaced by a whining sound from the engine bay, so it sounds like the new alternator that was fitted is not good. Anyone else had this?

Very very smart Andy! Do take some in the sunlight at some point. We want full glory.

Sounds like a lazy alternator.

You can have them rebuilt.

Yep, that's what I think too. The noise is a bit strange but I think it's related. The alternator and fan are brand new fitted by Porsche last week so I need to get them to fix it. A good opportunity to see if they'll give me a courtesy car for a few days...!

Looks feally good!

Couldn't it be the fan belt sensor doing the sound, instead of the alternator?

Hi Thomas - It thought about the sensor so I removed it earlier today to see if it stopped the noise, but it still happens. Its after doing this that I realised the sound only happens with the ABS light goes out so it's clear that they're somehow connected.

OK, the sun came out today so I was able to take a few better photos of how it all looks. I was a bit unsure at first, but now I really love it and it's certainly a worthwhile mod in my opinion!

Very nice! Excellent mod. Hopefully everything will get sorted soon. BTW, did your car come with airbag? I want to replace my wheel with what you have too.

Nope - it didn't have an airbag fitted.

Wow, that's one classy looking interior! I'm surprised at how much the dash mod adds to it.
