Default Trick to removing ignition rotors?

How do you remove the rotors on the dual distributor? Do they just pull off? I normally search these type questions but I only have access to a smart phone at the moment.
TIA

Yes, they come straight off with a tug.

They do not twist off!

Someone more experienced than I may have a trick to budging stuck rotors.
(I've never had one that stuck...)

Good luck, sir!

Thanks, Lonnie
I tried pulling on them pretty hard but didn't know for sure. Didn't want to break something.

Mine pulled off hard also. The new ones I installed wouldn't go on all the way, I couldn't get the caps to set down properly. I had to take a small file to the "key" inside of the rotors to make them fit all of the way down to where they should be.

Pull hard, then pull harder, if it still doesn't budge - use dynamite!

I installed mine with a little dialectic grease. Slide right on and hopefully will pull right off in a few years.

Ok got them off a little force was needed. Another question where do you apply and much Bosch grease on the rotors. Do you also put some on the cap arc points?

I didn't get any of this grease. Is it necessary? Can I get it at Autozone? What's it called besides "Bosch grease"?

Another question, is there any way to make the ignition wires easier to remove from the distributor caps? I swear i'm afraid I'm gonna break my fingers from trying to yank out some of those stubborn leads.
