Manning quoted almost exactly the same as CCI, just over £400
Classicline came in at £320.00 with all mods declared including track days and uk breakdown (another £38.00 for european breakdown if required)

With Classicline are the track days included or do you have to pay for each one? When they quoted me you had to pay per trackday.
I swear these insurers make it up as they go along!

IIRC Manning used my no claims discount from my other cars, they may have been able to do that for you.

Manning were using my NCB from my company car as CCI had done

My insurance is due for renewal in next week or so. Any positive experiences from the classic insurance policies for anyone who is London based and parks there car on their drive (rather than garage)? Was with admiral on multi car last year covering 964 and my banger daily. Renewal quote is £1400 odd............

Currently with rh classic and can't rate them highly enough. Superb service, and nothing is a bother for them. Recently added my wife and brother on at no extra cost. Also made sure things like my cups 1's and club sport wheel and rs vents were added - again no extra charge. They also do agreed value, however still haven't had a valuation sorted yet....

Just had my renewal from Admiral off the back of a multi-car policy and it is £427 - parked on my drive with business class 1 use and limit of 8000 miles but has no agreed value.
A quote from Lancaster (who I think Admiral use for classic) was £1400 with no business class 1 and 5000 mile limit.
Bridle are c£700 for a classic policy, CCI are weighing in with £665 and Adrian Flux was sub £500 all with agreed value, limited miles and no business use
I'd like to try and get business class 1 if I can as my employer has offices in Wiltshire which I sometimes visit and makes a good starting point on a friday afternoon for a weekend in the Cotswolds or Wales, but it seems that business use (even less than 1000 miles p/a) and an agreed value are mutually exclusive in the insurance world.

well classicline have agreed to cover me with it parked on the drive with London postcode. They wouldnt do this for me last year. So £350 for 7mths and then will renew policies on both classics then and see what they can do. It was £600 for the year. Obviously agreed value and the trackday coevr are the key as when I was with Admiral I was buying day cover through Noris etc which was always £100+ a day. So bit of a result really.
The daily just got chucked on an Admiral rate off money supermarket that was a lot less than their original "renewal" price.
Anyway - until next year!!!!!!

Ok all you Brits confuse things... I was looking at this thinking I had found new agreed value companies !!!

Declared everything. Maybe the mods are not extreme enough? Suspension, wheels, 270bhp, exhaust and various other bits... told them everything from the RS heater delete to the roof/rear window spoiler.
£20,000 value. 3,000 miles.

just a minor heads up. If you are thinking of taking the car for a little european jaunt and your insurance company offers european breakdown cover when you renew, take it ! I spent a while trawling for breakdown cover for a recent trip and anything over 15 years old gets hammered. I was quoted over £100 by the AA for a five day trip ! Classicline came to the rescue and charged a far more resonable sum !

A brief update and caveat for owners without a garage.
had quotes from CCI and RH Classic on the basis that the car is parked on my drive, on reading the policy details both had endorsements that no loss or damage between 10pm and 6am is covered unless in a locked garage.
