tire selection

I've run the V12's as well as the RS3's...If you are going to use the same tires for street, as well as autocross, go with the RS3's. I didn't find either setup to be noisy. For what it's worth, my buddy didn't like the sumi's on his 993.

I'll admit I was a little hesitant about buying them but there seem to be a lot of P-cars around here running on them these days and at the price it was worth a shot. Glad I did. This tire is a keeper IMO.
I might actually try the DWS when these ones go as I hear that they are 75% the tire with 2X the wear and the DW is more tire than I need already.

I am and love them. I think they were less than 1/2 the price of the P Zero Rossi's I had on before and for the kind of driving I do I find them every bit as sticky, they track well, and are a LOT quieter.

The Sumitomo HTRZ-III are cheap, very quiet, good in the wet, etc. for my daily driver. On my second set. And I have used for track days - although I am ready to move up to something better for track days.
