Claudia - V2.1 Begins
I'm really excited, so I must share the first update on Claudia's build now...without pics.
She arrived Rothsport early this week, Jeff called and we discussed weight reduction and the "build sheet". The car will come in at 2500# with cage - without driver. This puts her right where she needs to be for NASA GTS3 and PCA GT4S.
Steve Weiner tells me he expects the new MCS suspension to be in by mid-week - he'll do up a blurb about them at that point.
Gamroth will do his magic with the heads and with headers, we fully expect 305hp - and will see what she tosses out at the rear wheels with her new Tilton race clutch. Weiner will then burn another chip to de-tune down to whatever we need for the NASA weight/whp ratio - for PCA we'll be underpowered for the time being...but I am not rready to drive a 360hp 964 at the limit anyway.
I just had to let go and share a little bit and hope to have pics as time goes by...and contributions from Steve as the build progresses.

I love sharing, just didn't want to get boring so early on! In no particular order here, Claudia gets:
A new roof (non-sunroof)
CF Front hood
CF Getty full race doors
Front and rear bumper chop outs
Full strip out inside
Full HVAC strip out
Parking brake strip out
Partial wiring loom strip
Lexan rear and rear qtr. windows
Aero, as yet undetermined
Head work and cams + associated.
ARP rod bolts
Headers and race muffler
Two different tunes (full on and partial for NASA)
Tilton race clutch
Secondary oil cooler
MCS remote canister shocks+springs
ERP monoball suspension
AP 2 piece floating rotors rear (has up front)
Tilton rear bias adj.
245/275 Hoosier R6s (and the BFG R1s which I like)
Another set of Jongbloed wheels
The cage
Fire system
Battery cut out
Window net
986 coolsuit system
Full on Traqmate and dual chasecam system
Sparco Pro Adv seat (me) and Evo 2 (right)
...and a drop dead gorgeous Guards Red dash surround.

Here's Claudia, minus the squirrel; the second image is with the door removed as we are installing CF ones.

I was down at the shop with Steve with a camera... you car is going to be great when they're done with it... except when Steve wasn't looking I slipped about 45 lbs of stuff into the nether regions of the bodywork: Cans of baked beans, beer, as well as some spare tools that I saw lying around the shop.
