I found that article. It's from a now defunct UK magazine called Performance Car (most of the guys went on to form Evo Magazine). Actually it turns out it's not an RCT but a BTR, but I figured you guys might be interested just the same.

Any more details on the "RUF A-pillar inserts... that reduce drag from the 911's rain gutters"?

Well. They're a tight fit between the rain gutter and beneAth the windshield rubber seal. I suspect they are the reason for the small rust bubbles in the windshield. Anyway they look slick. You can find them on ebay for about $200

Hola Gaby! y saludos a tu padre el "cigarro".

For the benefit of the others here. Yes it is Juan with the blue SC with some Ruf upgrades. I went to Germany with Jimmy, Tati and Rafy when we got all the information to your father for his Ruf conversion.

Great to hear from you. You can get the instruments restored by Palo Alto Speedometers (they did the ones on my 69S) and there is another vendor who's name escapes me.

Enjoy the car. It is VERY special. Saludos, Juan

My 964 is stock and still has that rust at the base of the windshield. It'll be visiting a body shop at the beginning of 2012 to pull the windshield and repair/repaint.

370HP in a car that looks pretty close to stock 964 for most people... you must surprise a few drivers of "high" performance cars

Fantastic machine... enjoy it as much as you can.
