Yes mods done at the Strosek factory.

I believe front bumper, rear bumper, exhaust system, front flairs, rear flairs, rear wing, wheels and tires. All for only $40,000 DM in 1990.

Here is the original invoice. If someone can read German they could tell me if I have left anything.

Canuck, the bill includes also "sport suspension" (3100 DM) and "leather steering wheel" (420 DM) plus the labour and the paintwork (14475 DM). And there is a 25% discount on the bodyparts (3560 DM) and 20% on suspension, rims, tires etc. (2508,40 DM).

Bernd93 - thank you for the translation. The Strosek company are great to work with. In my preparation to get my "collector" status for insurance (in 2015) I had to prove the origins of my modifications. After 22 years Strosek was able to retrieve all the information related to my car and gave me a package of materials on a CD. Terrific people. I think that if i were to ever sell my car I would like someone from Germany to buy it and bring it back to Strosek for a restore. It is a ROW car so I think it could be done.

BigMike - yes a blast from the past. Those tires are long gone but they were pricey for 1990.

hello all, newby here. i have 2 964's both are 1993 cars. wimbledon green, and cobalt blue. green one has later 18" 996 wheels on bilstein pss9's with hr springs at euro height. blue one has 18" turbo twists on bilstein pss10's with hr springs at euro height. blue one just got back from a respray.
