Use what the manual says for your temperature range, if the oil light stays on try either the new oil springs (not likely the problem) of you need new main bearings....probably from running too thin oil to begin with.

After changing oil springs relief and valve relief, Nothing happend, so I change oil to 10W60. Now my pressure is REALLY HOT (10h) 1 bar. I will change my oil pressure sender tomorrow. My mechanic says that I don't need a rebuilt..
