Default Another spacer question regarding Cup 1's

I've tried searching, but just couldn't find it. Even more frustrating since I think I’ve read a thread with similar question ages ago.

I’m running OEM Cup 1’s, 9” ‘turbo’ wheels at the back. My RSA is lowered on Eibach springs, but is otherwise stock with MO30 shocks. What is the recommended maximum hubcentric spacers I could run without rolling the fenders? What’s a reasonable neg camber to go with that setup?

Many thanks.

Are the wheels & springs already on the car?

If so, why dont you measure yourself? Maybe allow 30mm of spring travel.

^^^ I don't have the wheels yet. I'm planning on getting a set of 9's to run at the back.

I'm running OEM Cup 1's with rear wheel sizes of 9x17 ET 55. I have a 7mm spacer which brings the ET down to 48mm (brings the wheel outward in the fender well to give me additional clearance on the inside).

I also switched out the standard 45mm wheel studs to 52mm to allow the additional spacer. If you don't switch out the studs you will not have enough threads on them to properly engage the lug nuts all the way.

Hope this helps,

Dan

I would go with 15-17mm spacers on the rear

Tuscany964 - Thanks so much...I really appreciate the pictures. Your setup is perfect.

Gus - I'm getting the 9's from a local 965 owner. I'll keep an eye out for you. They do come up once in a while. Good luck.
