Default I Don't Know Where To Begin

I walked into Sainsbury's and past the magazine stand, and something caught my eye. My reaction was to think oh my god as i looked at the front cover (too embarrassed to pick up such a mag) then I walked away shaking my head, and if I'm honest my shoulders dropped a little.

The faux girlfriend in heels, police incident and worst of all a modded 964 on bags.

One of the best sports cars in the world has been reduced to a Fast car front cover, a title with innuendo and a juiced 911 Porsche rewrites modified law. (not my words)

Is nothing sacred?

Unkle - I'd have bought all the copies they had just to get them out of circulation. Think of it as a service to society

Having seen this car in the flesh, its finish is very good!! Maybe the air-ride is not really necessary (as far as I'm concerned) or to everyone's taste, but I thought that it was a very good looking car.

The mod scene in VW is very bag orientated at the moment and unfortunately this guy chose a great sports car to perform the worst kind of modding - have you seen the door speakers with the coloured neons?

After finding out it was on other forums I looked up the Ring forums and it was also on their, many people (who race professionally and not Porsche fans btw) commented that this bloke has taken one of the best sports cars and...... well I can't repeat the words.

Needless to say they were not impressed with a few K's worth of bags...

TBH I would have rather he did it to a 996

I saw this and thought 'surely the prices have not dropped that low?'

There was a white 993 with a GT2ish bodykit in one of these trash mags a couple of years ago.

Thankfully 964 prices seem to be on the up in the UK.

Know what you mean, Its hard to be critical without sounding a bit snobby about it but i was expecting to see a bright pink "wheel ******" sticker too.

Not sure how you could even compare the two. A large percentage of Rauh-Welt cars are stripped down, no interior, full cage, track cars with carbs.

How you're able to make a comparison to these and an airbagged show car with neon audio speakers is beyond me.

Air bag suspension allows you to raise the car up and down using a compressor...each suspension has a bladder that can be inflated. A lot of guys like this because it allows you to slam the car real low for shows or when you're cruising but then instantly raise it back up for speedbumps or daily driving.
Some info...
