I was checking some Codes on my new car with Adrians book. There was one off them I don’t understand
That is M series Option list Code 573 saying 210Kw retrofit kit for 993 M64.05/06Anyone that have a clue…….what that is?
My car is a 964 from 1993

Option M576 is the Air Conditioning system. It is te same code for the 964 and the 993.
The M64.05 engine is the 286 hp 993 engine.
If I were You I would run to the garage to check the M code for the engine on the option sticker in the trunk and the engine designation on the engine itself.
You could be lucky !

Where did You get the M64.05 information from ?
I have exactly the same engine information. Standard 964 C2, however it has been benchtested to 263 hp.
EDIT: Do You live in Ystad ? I live in Eslöv - less than an hour from You ! And we discuss this on a US forum. Did the internet make the world smaller or bigger ?
