First 964 - C2 Midnight Blue
Recently picked up my first 911, had to be the 964 - a car Ive wanted since I was 10 years old! Got an RAC inspection carried out prior to purchase then travelled 90% of the length of the UK to pick it up.
Couldnt be happier with it - few minor additions to make (mostly replacement of OEM parts when an aftermarket part has been installed - first of which is the Richbrook steering wheel, original wheel was part of purchase so all good!) but otherwise in great condition!
more pics available if anyone wants a look

Very nice car, the Ruf wheels really set it apart from other 964s! Yes, more pictures!
It's only been a couple years since my "first drive home", but I still remember the journey very well.
Welcome and enjoy the forum.

cheers guys glad you agree- elbeee its got dark blue piping on light grey/cream seats - was actually hoping someone may know the official name of the colours? Handbrake and tiptronic gearknob are a bit worn so going to try and source some replacements.
sml - i know what you mean about the OEM wheel but trust me - its alot better than the one thats on now - i'll post picture tomorrow - and im planning it fairly standard.
And now- just to completely contradict my last statement - can anyone recommend a good stereo head unit? id like either memory card or ipod connection as long as they are discreet - taken out the existing cd changer as it was seized, all thats left is a defunct stereo radio and cassette player with whitney H's greatest hits! of course the best soundtrack can be heard by opening window/sunroof....

I bought my car about 1 mth ago and have the OEM wheel. My first upgrade priority was a steering wheel but at $400 for the clubsport wheel, I decided to delay the upgrade. Since then, I have started to enjoy the OEM wheel afterall. It has a nice classic retro feel just the way it was designed by porsche.

First time for me too - black with black interior. Your non-standard steering wheel's better than mine - it has a wood rim! Let me know if you want to get rid of yours...
