anyone have a CCU fan? the one that continues to run when ignition is turned off
i need the small CCU fan that is mounted on the left rear portion of the CCU box...this is the small fan that continues to run for 10-20 minutes when the ignition is turned off
mine is making a radio static sound and it was suggested i replace it

Have you tried the DIY fix to stop the fan making noises? Worked for me

small ccu fan
I have a fan/thermostat assembly I bought used for $75 from dc automotive.
I do not need it since I'm upgrading my 964 ccu to a 993 ccu.
You can buy the same one from dc automotive or buy mine for $50 + shipping.
Please let me know since I'll probably sell it at Hershey in April.
