I'd say pricing on the open market is much higher.

And specialist Porsche shop prices are even higher!!!

Yeah... the Excellence pricing is not realistic --- too low, compared to real world pricing.

No one is getting the asking prices and Pano classifieds have always been way too high in general.

I can't remember if you have a C2 or a C4. The magazine says C2 cabs are going for $16,910 in so-so condition and $25,738 for excellent. The C4's are $17,870 and $27,200

A lot of people are sitting on their cars rather than selling them at under 20k, especially the clean ones.

hell- I would too for that kind of hit. I have the C2 cab, with only a few mods done to it. None permanent, but some of it was done before I got it. I paid 27K for ours almost 5 yrs ago and there's no way in hell I'd let it go for "so so condition: pricing. It's not perfect, but not trashed either.

Overated vehicles, I had one and got rid of it. I would not spend that kind of money that they are asking for 993's. I would just buy a 997. Just to many other cars you can buy for that kind of money.

My brother in law whom I bought my car from just recently replaced it with an exceptional black on tan 993 with 80's miles for $20k. Very clean car. Motivated seller.
