Finally I’m ready with the carpet set and dying the whole interior. To dye the dashboard, steering wheel, side panels was easy. The seats was tricky since I went from almost white to dark grey. I thought I would manage with 2 x 250 ml bottles…but ended up with 1 litre. Everything looks good and the car feels much cosier inside now. Only problem is the door opening handles….the thickness off the new “leather” underneath it…doesn’t give it free way to go back ! We had some snow last week as you can see, but its melting away. I have to get down and wash the car since its full off dust and small fibres from the cutting off the carpets…..Now it’s time to clean up the engine bay and fix the starter and alternator so they are in 100% condition for the season in April.
