G-Pipe and Cup pipe Muffler By-pass
Has anyone done both 1 st muffler and 2nd muffler by-pass? I have the 1st muffler by-pass (CUP Pipe) and now my secondary or final muffler is rattling so I'm thinking of installing a G-pipe. Any thoughts appreciated.

That would be a bit on the loud side, since you won't have any muffler at all.
Where is the rattle coming from? Have you tried tightening the bolts in front of the secondary muffler?

Have the same problem in my car.
Apparently if you run the car pretty agessive without the primary (with cup pipe) sooner or later you will split the secondary muffler (check for split right on the seam line)!!!
This would be my second replacement and it lasted longer since it was a Dansk unit and it seemed to be welded better than original...but now will look for another replacement or take the foot off accelerator pedal a little bit sooner....

Well the rattle is coming from the area of the secondary muffler. It almost sounds like a baffle is loose. When I start the engine and drive it has a deeper sound then before. As the engine warms up eventually a rattling sound appears. Even at idle it rattles. Then after a few minutes it will dissapear and a nice deep sound comes back. It will come and go as I drive, but only once the engine is warmed up. When it rattles it is a very loud sound like a loose pipe is moving around in the muffler.

Have done it like this : OE maniolds > FabSpeed Euro pre-muffler > Dansk primary b/p > Dansk G pipe > Dansk tip.
Loud ? Yes. Good NVH ? To me, absolutely. Admittedly a real auditory event.

Yes, but it didnt last as long as the original...There is simply too much pressure on the secondary and eventually it goes (sounds sweet while at 6800 rpms, but not so hot while in idle...I'm sure you know what mean

No problem, let us know if you find the split in your secondary
