I believe the Cup 1s on my ride are replicas since they do not have the "magnesium" stamped on them. They do look good (not sure what they weight though).... might just stick with them.

Replicas and Magnseium is two different things. First, do identify Cup wheels replica or not there are two ways. Right next to the air valve the ET number, like "55" should be casted. Then och the back side of the spokes there's a porsche part number starting with 964 or 965. On replica Cup wheels you don't have neither of these two things.

Then, to identify a real Cup wheel from the Magnesuim version, look for the Magnesium word.

Crystal clear?

Thomas
