The front offset is 52, the rear offset is 47. The wheels are mint, and the front and back tires are both about 90% he says, with one front blown tire that I would replace.

I am running 8 wide front, and 10 wide rear right now, so I would need to compensate for an aggressive fitment right? hows that offset work out?
that offset are the ones on the Mille Miglia replicas. It's easy to see if they are OEM or not. A porsche part number is casted on the rear side of the spokes, should start with 964 or 965.

okay, what about the offset, what should i expect from fitment just bolting them up?

I want an aggressive fitment, almost flush

You mentioned earlier that you had confirmed they are 8s and 9s. Out of curiosity, how did you confirm that?

The correct part #s for 8s and 9s (oem) should be 965.362.126.01 or 00 ... and 965.362.128.00 (I think).

He "measured" and obviously is an idiot, they are 8.5 and 9.5 wide, def replicas. Still worth 500 tires and wheels if he will accept?

I agree they look aftermarket, the corners are too tight IMHO...

Thanks for all the input guys, I am talking to the guy now via email----I offered him $500, what do you think about that price for the wheels/tires???

Rear tires are brand new pretty much, fronts have about 85-90% after seeing them (again, one front needs replacing it blew out) rims have NO curbrash, and look flawless.

If those wheels were used on a MkIII VW, as the spacer in the picture suggests, you will need new tires.

They were on a jetta, rear tires were replaced and are new, no wear...fronts wore straight and true, 80% one tire needs replacing. What are they worth?

The Jetta doesn't have the engine in the rear, which means you need new (N-rated tires). So what you are paying for are the wheels, not the tires I guess..
