Default Rolex 24 Daytona practice pictures

It was a beautiful mid 80 degree day at Daytona. These are a few pictures from the garage area and track. Enjoy

^ ditto.

(The current prototype class has got to be the most butt fugly class in many a moon. Only eye-tricking paint jobs (ala, Make-A-Wish Pontiac) can distract from that aesthetic. A quickly rolling box w/ zit.)

Was Penske there testing? I absolutely LOVE the Daytona Prototype cars, especially after working on one. Not the best looking cars, but they are cool in a lot of ways.

I didnt notice. I posted pictures of most the cars except for the mini cooper, mustangs and Dodge Challenger. There were a lot of Mustangs. The Mini looked really out of place but it was hauling butt out there. I would hate to be in a wreck in it at those speeds!
By the way the #2 Make a Wish car wrecked in the afternoon run where you come off the road course onto the high bank.
