Since the car seemed to drive fine, I just ran it anyway. It caused absolutely no problems at the track. As for jacking the engine, it clearly puts a bit of strain on the mounts. I have no idea if it would cause one to fail prematurely. All I know is that as soon as the car was off of the jack stands, the mount dumped its fluid. Quite comical looking back on it actually. Gotta love Porsche...

 

Buy the RS-mounts. Not very expensive, better feel, lasts for ever and no down sides!
