Default Does anyone collect Porsche minichamps?

I just bought a really nice trophy case and I am going to make a Porsche shelf.

I don't collect them, my 2 year old son collects 1/43.....I collect 1/18.
Check out models from pauls model art and spark.
Talk about a slippery slope!
Good luck!

I have a black on grey interior, targa, from anson in 1/18.
My son has a red on black interior ,targa, from minichamps in 1/43.
Minichamps and pauls model art are on the high end in 1/43.
Kyosho, UT and minichamps are on the high end of 1/18.
I have a gorgeous 73 rs white with red stripes from jouef evolution in 1/18.

I collect all Porsche diecast...at the ones I can afford. All scales. Pretty much whatever catches my eye. The ones I go ga ga over are the 964 Cup 1/43 series cars. Got about 30 of them, but there are so much more to collect.

I just came across this . . . seems pretty nice, and priced decently, but I have no idea if it is a collectible or not. (If anyone ever comes across a Polar Silver diecast, I'll take it. [Mini-Me.])

Autoart is about to present 964 RS in 1/18. It will be the first good 964 in that scale. Anson's 964 is far from perfect. Can't wait for Autoart version...

I have about 30 In total. I have 5 turbos looking for a cobalt blue one but no luck yet. I have a dark blue one I purchased a while back for about $50, saw another sell on ebay 3 months back for over $250. Crazy money.

I do have a few 1/43 , most are 964 turbo plus a few 930's. Recently I bought a 1/18 minichamp 3.2 Carrera and also waiting for a 1/12 later this year !
