Just saw more pictures of your car at downshiftaus.com
Tell us more about your exhaust...I've heard about "hiding" the second outlet by angling it down (noise and prevents having to cut the bumper?). Colin at 9M had a great thread on this a while back.
I want a red 964 track car!

There wasn't a whole lot of thought put in to the forward facing exhaust I must admit. I would prefer to have two outlets, but can't justify the price of a left fender piece with an exhaust opening, and just havent got around to having mine cut out. One track I drive on has a sound limit, and I think the forward exhaust helps reduce the db reading. If it's still too loud, I can spin the right hand outlet to match. I tell my competitors it warms the left rear tyre.
I swore I would never own a red car after owning a red toyota supra in the 80's, Wasn't the colour, but it was a dog to keep clean. My Red 964 was the best available at the time for track and street use, and must say I would only choose red if I had a choice again, and it's not that hard to keep looking good.

Chris,
Do I see a loose side sil rubber strip? I had mine tucked-in like that once also =;>
Here are some pictures of the assembly: https://picasaweb.google.com/udoreisinger2/ThermoSil
Otherwise the car looks perfect!

Thanks Jetta- I need to get that fixed up pronto, but otherwise the car is an absolute blast to drive and I'm really enjoying it.
Cheers,
Chris

I can't seem to upload my photo but the avatar shows her. Red is it..I looked and looked for guards red with tan (linen?) interior and a manual. So so happy.
By the way, this is my first 911 and it is a C4. Seems "twitchy" in the corners when accelerating, is this a common feeling and something to get used to or does this sound wrong?

my wife told me she preferred my 1999 metalic Blue C4 over my guards red 964. I told her she was crazy...Even though I too was not a big red sportscar guy. But the 964 in any color trumps just about anything I"ve driven so far. Sure, a turbo is alot of fun, i'm not discounting them, but car to car I'll take the historical "feel" and tightness that the 964 gives any day.
