Where to buy Cabrio top
OK, can't hold out anymore... plastic window has started to crack, the canvas on the top is so thin I can almost see thru it... The inside liner (yeah, liner, ha!, that piece of thin cloth they call liner) was gone 4 years ago…the elastic straps are worse than my grandma’s panty hose…
I have the liner… have had it for more than 5 years… and the straps… but need the complete top (including rear plastic window).
What is a good source for buying this?
Then I need to figure out where to go for the install… does not look like something I could tackle at home…
And those of you living in San Diego, San Francisco or any other non-raining location.. SHUT UP! I don’t need your “I never put the top up in my car” “Has not rain in 240 days” crap.

I had a new one fitted 2 years back. Let me look out the invoice to see where they sourced the top from (they did a good job).
You going with a 964 one or a 993 one?

I went with the domestic canvas at the recommendation of the installer. They said that both canvases were comparable but that the domestic version was sewed together with better thread. It is more resistant to rotting in the sun. Ten years later, the top still looks great.

Did you check with Terry's upholstery in Orlando, I have heard they do good work, don't know if they do Cab tops though. Their info is in the PCA Speil, (no affliliation)
Jaime,
How are you? we met on I-4 going to Rennsport a few weeks back, I was the one in the '93 C2, with the other red '90 Ruf C2.
