Guys, allow me to chip in here as one with experience of the dye route. The dyeing works very well and I am very pleased with the durability of the dye. I used it on the gearknob, the steering wheel and front seats. All in all after a few months it is holding up very well, and in fact really only fully cured about 6 weeks post application. My car gets used every day and is not pampered. By the way, I also used Dynamix. Colour match was near perfect and ease of application surprising. Check my thread!
There is one caveat though! When using on the front seats where creases show, I found that whilst it looks very good shortly after being painted, the creases (cracks) can soon reappear, and look somewhat unsightly. There is a remedy though, but this requires more prework. You need to purchase a special leather filler, (you can order online) and apply much as you would apply bodyfiller. Use extremely sparingly. Some suggest using a credit card to apply to only the creases. Once dry, sand it back and then proceed to dye. Prior to using the filler you should do the normal prep work, and some experts suggest that it is actually necessary to strip the old dye down to bare leather using thinners. Lightly sand the bare leather, carefull not to create suede!
Whilst I haven't done this yet, I can certainly see the need for it developing over coming months.

Got a reply from the place Kahmus linked for us. More like it.
We do have this pattern in RHD. $640. Freight would be approximately $200. now that seems more like it. Though I would probably be hit with import tax on that total including freight
$640 equates to £326.86 Thats it I'm emigrating
I have an idea though that fitting the myself carpet would be a pain in the ****? easy or not?
