Unless the seats delaminate because the polyester resin that they used can't handle the repeated high temperature changes of the passenger compartment (i.e. most resins) or because of voids in the resin from the hand layup (i.e. every aftermarket carbon & glass fiber body panel) or because the fiber ply direction was laid down based on ease of placement and not for strength (i.e. every aftermarket fiber supplier) and on and on and on. There was an article in CompositesWorld or Reinforced plastics magazine sometime over the past year documenting how carbon fiber seats are made and why things are done the way they are done. I will try to find a copy of the article.


When I pust a list together last October for the tiki I noticed that the 964 and 993 require different belts.
