Putting the heavy 964 on a diet?

I looked at some of those threads...rolled fender lip, massaged flair, flattened oil line, rubbing..., wheels sticking out.
Sorry you had to go through all that hassle!
Thanks for the heads up.

Three Wheelin'
Hi, few guys here have fited the OZ Allegeritas,
Personally, and as I think less is better I will go for 8 front & 9 rear with 225 and 255 or 265, witch is a good OD for the C4 , I run 1,5 camber they will fit well, maybe with a 5 to 7 mm spacer to bring them out a bit ....
At the moment my Speedlines are 8 1/12 ET 52 & 10 ET 56 with 7 mm spacer at e back and it's perfect, RS geo slitly lower at the front...

ok - so maybe we should start a 'Show us your OZ Allegeritas and your offset" thread?
that would be a good one that I'd like to see. 17" vs 18", offests, etc...
Who has the nicest setup?

the front recommendation is 8ET50. works fine but i had my car quite low at approx RS height, so i rolled the lip just in case.
cannot remember the rear but just do the tirerack car fitment search.
you can fit 10ET40 without mods if you are happy with max neg camber and potentially a slightly higher ride height.

some guys have fitted 10ET40 with no issues but a slightly higher ride height. you can search and find his pics.
i had my car just below RS height and required ..
1. -2 deg neg camber
1. a slight lip roll and fender flare of about 3-5mm.
not too hard .... but yes, if my read thread, i detailed the learning curve to help others understand the issues and seek advice. if you want 10ET40 at a low ride height, then just want it to fit follow the two simple steps above.
would definately buy 10ET40 again. perfect.
have you lowered your car yet?

so 9mm further inwards compared to my 10ET40.
around 10ET44-47 is generally the perfect fit for no mods.
what is your clearance to the inside oil line with 10ET49?

i think this one is 10ET40 no mods .... but message the guy to confirm ... not 100% certain ..

This was final summary from the thread .. 10ET40 .. probably didnt need quite so much lip roll / flare in the end as you can see here ...
Height = 228mm rear (RS+5mm)
Camber = -2 degrees
Springs = 650lbs
Tyre = 265/35
Fender Lip rolling = 3mm
Fender Flare rolling = 4mm

Yeah. To make it easy on myself just put 18" rims that were 8ET50 and 10ET65 (with a 21 mm spacer so effective ET44) with RS ride height (-3.0/-3.2 degrees camber)and 500/780 springs and they just fit but hey, what do I know, I am no wheel offset expert. Maybe I just got lucky.

max neg camber on my stock car is -2 deg.
questions were about OZ alleggerita (10ET44 not available) so there are limited offsets to choose from and spacers are illegal in certain countries.
