hi rick jim suggested that i should contact you about the diagnostic interface? apparently it not only will clear my code issue, but also reset the airbag to being functional again? here's the link to my thread here and on pelican, where i'm an over 5-year member:

Since we have so many new members lately I figued that I would revive this thread. Spring is in the air and many of us will be driving our cars a lot more. Sooo... I thought that there may be some of you that may want or need a diagnostic interface to check for codes. If you do, please respond here and we'll get it mailed out to you. The only thing I ask is that if someone else needs it that you ship it to them and then let me know who has it so I can keep track of it in case someone else needs it.

I would like to try the loaner interface. I've been waiting for ECU Fix to get one if stock for a while and have no idea when that will be (they don't seem to like to return e-mails). My car is has a problem and is driving me crazy trying to figure it out. I would be nice for it to tell me what is wrong.

For future reference I wrote the weight on the bottom of the box so whoever mails it around can print a USPS shipping label from home.
