Wow! Another thousand clicks down Highway 1 and you'll be set! Hope to see you at one of our events on the coast next year. Canada West has a pretty good lineup of activities each year: DEs, Auto-X, Tours and of course the Canada West (previously Whistler) Weekend.
Coincidently I bought my car from a fellow in Calgary.

Okay... The Interface should be ready to go out tomorrow with the 2nd one soon thereafter. Who wants it??? Please post so others can see the order and PM me your address.

Rick - I'll take the first stab at the loaner!! I tried following the software and interface threads but got lost and gave up. Electronics is not my thing.
I've got the PC and the 964 and would love to give it a go.

James... The Interface is being sent out to you via USPS Priority Mail. You might want to PM skruggs964 to get it to him after you are finished with it. I included the Interface, a notebook with brief instructions, a serial cable and a CD with everything that is needed.
Twood... Do you still need one? I am almost finished with the ROW interface. It will take me a few days to finish it up.

Firstly ... a BIG thank you to Rick for the Loaner program! 
Yesterday I received a box from Rick with everything i needed to run the diagnostic on my 964 plus a program to capture the screen shots. Today I pulled out Rick's detailed directions, hooked everything up and it all worked like a champ.
Results posted to the "Results" thread.
Who needs it next?????

James... Glad it worked for you. For some reason I am having a problem with the 2nd one. I can't get it to hook up!

BTW... Since I can't get the ROW interface going yet (and don't have the time to fix it) the loaner is open to whomever wants it regardless of country.

deoxford... I think it needs to be running Win98 or newer to connect.
Hell... I'm surprised that people aren't standing in line for the loaner... The laptop is a very generous suggestion and offer but may not be needed. I guess we know where we need to go if we need a laptop now!
