You might want to consider installing a complete '95 993 exhaust system on your car. Everything will fit. Yes, you have to make a new oil line, and deal with the heat ducts, but in the end it's a nice system. The improved throttle response made it worth it when I did years ago. There are a few companies that offer the fiberglass bumper end. I did it the hard way and made a mold from a turbo end cap.

Here's the left side valence from a RL sponsor. It used to be $300 but looks like it's gone up.

I had a Fabspeed on my last RSA, and loved it. It was well made, easy to install, weighed a lot less than the stock system, and sounded great - no resonance at all.

Did you trim both sides,or where you able to match the left to the right side.At any rate it looks very nice.

I had a professional doing the cut but yes he was able to match the left to the right side. He didn't touch the right side.
Fabspeed shows a video of the steps on cutting the second outlet for Dual outlet.

Here is a photo of a Fabspeed installed on my 90 C2. The only issue I have is that the muffler does not have a good perch with which to rest on the factroy mount? I called them and they said that this is the way it is. I love the sound and looks...added clamps and bent things around to make it rattle less. The original owner added this and he was not mechanical at all. If I had bought it I would have sent it back for a better mounting system and if not one, would have probably kept it anyway because the sound is so nice! My bumper was cut out for the left side.

Here are a few pictures of the car and install.

I used all factory parts and modified the oil lines to work with this conversion.
You can also see the molds that I had to make (I hate fiberglass)

Looks great with dual exhaust. However, did you noticed any increase in horsepower or torque with the dual exhaust? I'm curious if anyone checked the horsepower with a dynometer after the conversion. I know the preenvironmenally friendly GM engines definitly pick up 10 horsepower or more with a dual conversion. I understand there are various single sport mufflers that give out few more horses for a lot less than the dual conversion.

If you look at the merge of the left and right side, it is a "X" which will maximize torque and give you better exhaust scavenging. I never dyno'd this setup but my butt dyno felt it.. I'd guess 15HP..
