Larry that was really, really awesome. I can't wait to race. Heck, I can't wait to go the Glen. Maybe both later this year. I need to buy a tow v. and trailer first I think.

Hopefully I can catch a ride w/ you soon. I will take my Dramanine (sp). first.

Video is sometimes hard to see what is exactly what the situation is, but it looks like the yellow GT3 pulls a bonehead move going into the laces.

Yeah, he did move over on me, but I kind of saw it coming. Lucky for him that I had a little in hand there because otherwise he would have turned into me from the outside of the corner! That would have been a little tough for him to justify not getting a 13/13. I didn't get a chance to talk to him after the race to find out if he knew I was there or not. All he had to do was to look out the drivers window!

I wasn't going to say anything but I agree... I watched the rest of the movie thinking that if it had been me... I'd definitely "say" something to him at the end of the race.

WOW... This movie had my pulse going! What an excellent movie! Thanks for posting it!

Geez Larry - what did you do, pull the spark plug wires off everyone's motors??? Your car is so fast! Which class were you in?

That is an impressive car, and your driving is great (even with that wayward shift near the end ). That track is beautiful! Tracks here on the West are so ugly - asphalt in the middle of the desert!!

even a newbie like me noticed the yellow cars bonehead move...i was like go get him larry, u cant take that sh*t from that guy, and what was with his sharp turn off into the pits late, he seemed to be a bit dangerous?

great driving, great video, and thanks for sharing

it would be cool to also have a camera facing to the rear and record the cars behind positioning and such

Excellent job Larry! What kind of power are you running? Is that a Turbo spooling up I hear?

Thanks alot Gary, that should get the scruts going over it. Actually it has solid motor and trans mounts, with steel monoball suspension points and they transmit all of the engine noises, gear whine, etc, right up into the car. Actually, the motor is stock, balanced and blueprinted, with open headers and a custom chip.

Hehehe... Gotta say, I LOVE the gear whine! Great package, and it's quite obvious that the driver is very comfotable in her. What gear are you going into Bus stop in? The power comes on so smooth there it sound like 4th. In my car in order to pull I have to go 5-3 at entry..

Again, GREAT job.

Gary, it is 4th, but remember that I can run a shorter R&P, so I get better acceleration in 4th, and the ratios really seem suited for that part of the track. I am close to redline by the time I get to the laces.

OK, I'm joining the Larry Herman fan club! That was very impressive driving. Very impressive. I'm sure you would have passed the yellow GT3 if he had stayed out.
