Any fitment problems with any of them? Did the 02 sensor come out OK?

Be warned that the sensor will almost certainly not come out - heat etc helps it to seize in place so budget for a new replacement. I've just done this job on mine - straight forward enough though I had to cut the nuts off the exhaust clamp -rusted solid. Connecting the sensor inside the engine bay requires fingers about 12" long. Worth it though because it sounds even better than before and feels slightly sharper.

I know they aren't rusted on mine - I've taken off the clamps before. I'll start soaking the nuts...

That's the 'joy' of Northern english winters - incessant rain combined with tons of salt on the roads helps everything rust before your eyes...

Nice, very nice. I'll actually be out there on business fairly soon - never been to the UK in the summer months...

Put a Fabspeed cat by pass on this past January - Love it! - Love the added throatiness that it puts out.

Is a cat bypass louder than primary muffler bypass? I have a G-pipe and have been on the verge of getting a primary bypass for even more sound. Should I bypass the cat instead?

I've actually tried both bypasses on the muffler and left the cat in, and it was "open track" loud. One muffler bypass and a cat bypass seems to be OK - too loud for some, just enough for others.
