IIRC when I fitted my RS wheel the boss on the 993 was bigger then the 964, I had to exchange mine as I was delivered the wrong type.

I know its not directly related, but should be a pointer.

In a word, yes. You need a 964 splined hub, like the one Momo makes (btw the same as the 944/2 and the 968 hub), and possibly one or two spacers. then on this you bolt the Motorsport quick release, which is not model specific since it has no splined hub on itself.

The RS steering wheel is a Momo wheel and Momo makes an adapter in two different lengths. The GT3 Cup quick release steering wheel adapter is about 67mm long. The entire assembly bolts together fine since the quick release has the same bolt pattern as the Momo wheel. However, even if you combine the shorter Momo hub adapter with the quick release it placed the steering wheel too close to you, and I'm 5-11 so I sit back a ways. It was very NASCAR style and my elbows hit the seat and was terribly uncomfortable. I ended up cutting the Momo hub adapter base off, machining a 12mm spacer so the hub adapter clears the end of the steering shaft and it seems about right now.

Short answer, is yes, it all fits together, but you may have length issues depending on your seating position and personal comfort.

I did to the word what Geoffrey described, for the same reason.

Great RS BTW.

There's a 964 hub here if it helps?

It looks like it would work best with a flat, undished MOMO wheel.
