I know this has been covered many times but I guess I'm a little slow and just don't get it. After searching I don't seem to find what I need either.
Attached are two pictures of what my rear spoiler wall looks like. I know it's not right and assume it is missing the top part. According to some of you, to remove it is a simple matter of prying it off, but I find the rod it's attached to at the bottom too close to the rubber bumpers (arrow) so when I try to remove it, it gets blocked by the bumpers. Do I have to pull the rubber bumpers off and replace them too?
I will definately replace the wall, but for now its a pain in the rear (no pun intended) because every time the spoiler raises, the remaining part of the it blows backwards and causes the spoiler to jam when closing. I'm sure this will result in further damage later if I don't fix it.
Anyway, if anyone has a good picture of what a properly assembled rear spoiler wall looks like, it would be much appreciated.

To get it to clear on the bottom, ONLY raise the spoiler 3/4 of the way. Don't let it go to the full open position.

Exactly what LouZ said.
I just fiddled with mine. Look out the rear view mirror when manually rasing the spoiler. You will see it reach its highest point ... and then settle back down a bit when fully deployed.
It is when it reaches it highest point that you want to stop. You should then have enough room to work with.

Here's some shots of mine, just replaced it about 2 weeks ago. The first 2 shots are the spoiler deployed all the way up, the last shot shows you how lowering it about 1/3 from the top position will give you enough room to remove and replace the bottom part. It was really easy. About 20 minutes to remove and replace it even for a rookie like me. Pelican sells the part for around $90. Hope this helps Steve

Thanks guys,
It's obvious I'm missing part of my rear wall. It happened on our way to the beach for some fresh seafood. I suppose it was the 180km/h speed on the elevated (clear) express way.
Will take it off and replace as soon as I have time.
