A Caterham Supersport - 1.6 litre Rover K-Series engine, a huge 145 hp, but weighs absolutely nothing. Motorised rollerskate....
Took it on a track day, and whilst the Porsche's and other cars all had a better top-line speed (motorised rollerskate, yes, aerodynamically it's a brick), through corners they were breaking hard while I just powered on through. Great fun.

Well, i drove my 964 for a mere 5000 kms (and lots on highway) so i cannot say that i have enough experience behind the wheel... Plus being the FIRST car i buy, i have been quite cautious...
so far, the best handling "car" i have driven, fullfilled its duty during 85000kms in 2 years on the tracks.... Well dirt tracks in the bush of south east Madagascar. I named the DEFENDER 130 ! i had two really scary moment, one hot and one bloody cold
1- the "hot" scare... a 4 wheel drift at 90 (that about 85%of Vmax...talk about "full throttle"), after about 200 local cows decided to have a dump, mid corner, on the wet asphalte... My mate, asleep on the copilot seat, didn't even nudge, but i did change color, and so did the oncoming "taxi brousse" !!! But i got it back... men, a 4 permanent wheel drive, 2,1 T (empty), and 5,18m car...
2- the cold one... crossing a bridge... it took me about 45 minutes, to "improve and adjust" the width of the bridge to track of the car. i had some lumber in the back for those occasionnal cross but this one was number one
under the left wheels, about a 5 inch track and under the right wheels a confortable 9 inches....the bridge was about 30 meters long. the "best part" is that i only had enough wood for about 2 car length so i could move 5 meter by 5 meter, replacing the wood i just drive over, in front of the car...
believe me, after this I KNEW exactly where my wheels were...
