FVD ducktail painted and 'fitted'
You can see in the pic below, the driver's side was not able to adjust to sit flat. :/
The original shims would have pushed this up too far, so the deck bracket is directly bolted to the fiberglass tail; work in progress. Although not perfect it still rocks

People have been lately talking about the “small” dimensions of the 997 era cars compared to the newer ones. But my 997 on the lift makes my 964 on the bottom look tiny.

That would be because the 964 is tiny. My 928 looks large next to my 964 yet the 928 looks small next to my boxster or cayman. The 992's are huge.

Some nice examples at the boardwalk reunion. Somehow I missed getting pics of 2 amethyst 964's one coupe and one cab but here are the others. I brought my 928.

A 993 but cool. Can't imagine this helps you get out of a speeding ticket though.

Yesterday might have been the end of the season. I have an event today. Hopefully it won't get washed out.
Took both the C2 and the turbo for a nice drive weather was perfect for driving.
