This looks amazing, I might even space the wheels out 10mm more.

Defo space those rears out for an even meaner look!

I look forward to the day when I never have to see another post were someone feels they have to make a comment about the stance of someone else's 964.

Really guys... it's been mentioned a thousand times before, on hundreds of cars. I'm sure it's not meant to be rude, but it's a bit of a fetish that's not really necessary? Can't we just be glad people want to share pictures of their car? Just silly really.

For those that have openly shared pictures of the adventures you've had with your car, THANKS!
Keep it stock, slam it, retro it, V8 it, put wings on it just share pictures of your loved one...

^^^^^^
Meaning what? Nice search of my posts... lots of good stuff, eh. Take a trip and share your experience.
It was a funny, self depreciating way to share such a unique experience meeting a real 964 RS. The king of 964s and ultra rare in the U.S.

The funny thing is, over the years I've had two different mechanics and a P-car salesman tell me, unsolicited, how great my car drives. I'm sure they've been in a lot modified cars with suspension that have ruined the overall dynamic of the car. (not saying that's the case with any RLer's car)

I've been an expert-level mountain biker for over 20 years, I love suspension... I need suspension. My current dual suspension bike has adjustable travel, compression and rebound. I've also changed the fluid to my very specific needs. I totally understand suspension and know my car would dramatically benefit from new shocks and lower springs. But, I'm so happy with what I have right now (and as a cancer survive to be alive also), that it doesn't keep me from enjoying it everyday, tracking it a couple times a year and running to the mountains every time I can (usually with my road bike stuffed in the back too). It's also a big plus I can make it up my driveway (and the rest of the real world) without scraping anything.

What do you guys think, can I lower it two inches and still make it?

So it is okay for you to make a comment about the stance of someone's 964 but you do not want anyone else to make a stance comment?

Anyone can say what they want, it's an open forum. Sure a lowered car looks great/better, especially when it's functional. But maybe the comments would be better to a more specific thread (ie: stance threads)?

I'm not trying to be hypocritical, look through all my post and comments and you'll see a definite tread. Love and respect for the 911 experience. A car doesn't have to be perfect for me to enjoy and appreciate what I see. They are all a treat to see, and my posts will definitely confirm that I love them all and appreciate everyone's efforts. That said, I do get a little sad when I see people don't drive their cars, but I understand that too.

It just strikes me (and maybe only me) as funny/sad when someone shares pictures of their car and has to endure negative comments about their pride and joy.

I guess it comes from knowing I'm far from perfect too... all good my friend.
