No not at all. I like simple clean design and LOVE sharing pictures of 964s. Wanted to share that picture of the 964 in the garage because of the wheels. Not a big fan of D90s, but there's something about them in black...

True, my car is looking a little mean lately...

Funny thing about colors, I never sought out a grey car. Almost every new car sold today seems to be some shade of grey. It's a great color on cars; looks clean when dirty and highlights 911's curves...but almost every car is grey. I wanted to avoid that. I originally was looking for a bright color, like red or white. But found my current car, and you have to buy on condition...

Would love a Rubystone C2! I remember the launch of the 964 Turbo and all those wonderfully strange colors...

Seeing these colors makes me happy.

Wow, some clean machines in here... I recently got a ride in a friend's RSA - somehow and finally my first ride in a 911 - and have gotten hooked on 964s as something realistic (unrealistically, I want a 993TT). I absolutely love my 951 but I gotta own a 911 someday soon. Ironically, the guy I bought it from a year ago this month (eBay; Nashville, flew out, drove it home, one of the best times of my life) sold it to buy a 964 C2, though he all-but-regretted the decision soon after as it didn't offer the 'kick in the ***' the 951 did. That didn't quite stop me from at least looking here, even if I'm not touching...

So three days later, I have viewed this entire thread! And this guy's gorgeous example below from pg. 140 is my new wallpaper! I'm in love with black coupes lowered on Cup wheels. Kudos to the others' that look identical- I've saved a good 40 photos from this thread and probably got yours too. Great to see such a long-term thread kept up.
