On my way home this evening around an hour ago, driving south on 404 exited Steeles, made the stop at the red light to turn right, got clipped by an Elantra on the rear drivers side. I'm not impressed. Attached a pic I just took. Looking for some recommendations in the east end for a body shop. I've read through the other post and I see bestline and some others in the west end have some positive feedback, looking for something closer to home.

ARRRGGG I'm not in a good mood right now......

Michealangelo is at Bloor and Landsdown, European Autobody is at Hwy 27 and Steels.

While I had a phenominally great experience at Michelangelo earlier this year, I had a horrible experience with European Autobody (under a different name many years ago) and swear never to go back there again!

Well, the most important thing was nobody was hurt, cars can be repaired. It was a moment of error on her part and she was already upset about it, so getting angry wouldn't have solved anything.

That sucks, man. When I kissed the wall at Mosport I took it to Bestline, and they did a phenomenal job. They had to reshape the panel by hand, because my car has had flares added, and they couldn't source a replacement panel. $1800 parts and labour, which I thought was very fair, especially considering the quality of work they did.

when I inspected Bestline the paint on an Audi they had just done had orange peal all over it. Michaelangelos was double the price (discussing on phone) of everybody else. As long as it is within an hour of you house I wouldn't worry about location.

Try Rick at Impera Body & Paint. He knows P-Cars quite well and has done great repairs in my Subie and Land Rover when they got hit. Cheaper than INS CO shop with a far superior job. Rick's paint work is fantastic ... better than factory.
